About TM Fitness Solutions

Home Gym Design Grounded in Fitness Experience

TM Fitness Solutions was built around a simple idea: a home gym should be planned around the people who will actually use it.

With more than a decade of hands-on experience in fitness operations, training, equipment selection, and facility planning, TM Fitness brings a practical understanding of how a gym needs to function—not just how it should look.

Today, that experience is focused on custom home gyms. We work directly with homeowners and alongside interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors to plan the fitness-specific details of the space, select and source equipment, and coordinate the project through installation.

Our Philosophy

A home gym should be designed around how you actually train.

The room, the equipment, and the way you move through the space all have to work together. We consider training style, available space, equipment dimensions, clearances, and flow before equipment decisions are finalized.

The goal is simple: a home gym that feels considered, functions naturally, and gets used.

Meet the Founder

Tremaine McCollum

Tremaine McCollum founded TM Fitness Solutions after more than a decade working across personal training, fitness operations, equipment selection, and facility planning.

That experience now informs the company’s approach to home gym design—combining an understanding of how people actually train with the practical requirements of equipment, space, movement, and installation.

Working With the Project Team

TM Fitness can work directly with the homeowner or alongside the architect, interior designer, builder, or contractor already involved in the project.

We focus on the fitness-specific decisions—planning the gym, selecting and sourcing equipment, and coordinating the equipment portion of the project through installation.

Planning a Home Gym?

Whether the gym is part of a new build, renovation, or existing home, TM Fitness can help plan the space, select and source the equipment, and coordinate the project through installation.
